How can I pay if I don't order online?
By credit card: we will send you a link by mail and you can pay via PayPal.
On account: prepayment for new customers. Invoice payable within 14 days net for regular customers.
How much does it cost to deliver a bouquet of flowers?
The delivery of fresh flowers as individual seasonal bouquets or flower subscriptions within our delivery area is free of charge. Our delivery area is within a radius of 20 km (source: Google Maps, fastest route, start our address / studio)
On which days are seasonal flower bouquets being delivered?
In principle, home deliveries take place on Wednesday and Friday. On request and depending on capacity, also on other days. Do not hesitate to contact us regarding this.
Can you handle same day deliveries for fresh flowers?
We cannot guarantee deliveries on the same day.
Le petit fleuriste delivers fresh flowers every day. We do not keep stocks and make our creations to order.
We recommend placing the order no later than the day before.
Flower Subscriptions: Orders must be booked 5 working days prior to the first requested delivery date.
Which flower deliveries are chargeable?
Valentine's Day, Funeral floristry, wedding floristry, event floristry.
Which items are sent by post?
All of our items from the online shop except for "Fresh Flowers" are sent via PostPac Priority. As soon as the item has been sent, we will send you the PostPac Priority number by email so that you can track your package.
How much do postal deliveries within Switzerland cost?
We charge a flat rate of CHF 15.00 per order for post and packaging.
Exception: vouchers. These are sent as letters by email. We charge CHF 1.-
From an order value of CHF 200.00, "Le petit fleuriste" covers the packaging and shipping costs.
Can Kokedamas be sent intact by post?
Yes. Thanks to our special and careful packaging, your Kokedama will arrive safely with you.
Can orchids Kokedamas be sent at any time?
If the outside temperature is around freezing point, the orchid cannot be sent by post.
What do I have to do when my Kokedama arrives?
Care instructions are enclosed with every delivery.
The metal wire of my Kokedama is falling apart. Is my Kokedama damaged?
The thin metal wire will crumble after multiple irrigation and none is cause for concern. The small metal threads can be easily removed by pulling on them. The moss ball will not suffer any damage because it is also wrapped with a thin nylon thread.
Does "Le petit fleuriste" also deliver outside of Switzerland?
Fresh flowers and Kokedama as well as plants cannot be delivered outside of Switzerland.
Dried flowers and other decorative items can be delivered outside of Switzerland.
My delivery address is outside of Switzerland. Can I order online?
No, our online shop only accepts orders with a delivery address within Switzerland. In such cases you have to contact us by phone, whatsup on +41 (0) 78 822 32 66 or by mail: email@example.com.

Post and packaging will be communicated personally, charged according to the effort.
